Student Orientation

We had a great student orientation for our first day of school here at Hsinchu American School. The day started off with a student assembly introducing new and returning teachers, going over announcements, and giving out SASMO(Singapore and Asian School Math Olympiad) awards. Next, the students participated in ice breaker activities created by the student council, and went to receive their textbooks and lockers. Students and teachers both enjoyed an amazing lunch brought to us by our new catering service. Finally, students got to go to each of their classes, meet their teacher and go over classroom procedures. We are off to a great start here at HAS, and we are very excited about the new school year!
