3/6 PT Conference Letter

Dear parents, 

We hope that you and your families are well as we near the end of February.  

We wanted to remind you that next Thursday, March 6th, we will be hosting our third Parent-Teacher Conference of the school year. This is an opportunity of the school year to meet with the teachers of your child to discuss their current academic progress.

For 6th-12th grade, no appointment with the teachers is necessary. These conferences are walk-in style, and you are welcome to come and leave at any time between 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm. If the teacher is speaking with another parent, please wait outside the classroom door. We kindly ask that each conference be kept to 5-10 minutes to ensure all parents have a chance to meet with their child’s teachers.

For 1st-5th grade, parents will receive an email from the homeroom teacher regarding the scheduled time for their Parent-Teacher Conference.

We will also be hosting a Parent-Teacher Association meeting at 6:00 pm in Room 103, and we enthusiastically invite all parents to attend. This is a great opportunity to meet and network with fellow parents and discuss finances and logistics related to the association.

親愛的家長們您好

希望您和您的家人一切安好，隨著二月份即將結束，我們想與您分享一些重要訊息。

我們謹此提醒您，下週四（3 月 6 日）將舉行本學年第三次家長座談會。這會是個您與孩子任課老師見面，並了解他們學習表現的絕佳機會。

6 至 12 年級 的家長無需提前預約，我們採隨到隨談方式，歡迎您在 下午 4:30 至晚上 7:00進入校園與孩子的任課老師見面，會談結束可自由離校。如果您要會談的老師正與其他家長談話，請您在教室外耐心等候，為確保所有的家長都能與老師見面會談，懇請您配合與老師談話的時間控制在5-10分鐘內。

1 至 5 年級 的家長會談時間，將由導師發送電子郵件通知您。

此外，我們將於 晚上 6:00 在 103 教室 舉辦家長會會議（PTA），誠摯地邀請所有家長出席。這是認識其他家長並討論家長會財務和後勤支援事宜的好時機。
