4/22 Spring Fair Letter

Dear HAS Community,

On Saturday, April 22nd Hsinchu American School (HAS) will be hosting our annual Spring Fair Event. There will be various booths with food, drinks, games, a bouncy castle, and plenty of activities for the kids. The students are currently working very hard to organize and implement their respective booths, and we are looking forward to watching them grow and learn from this experience.

We hope that you and your families share our enthusiasm for supporting our students as they develop their business management and leadership skills, and enjoy themselves with their peers. The event is a mandatory school event for all students in Grades 1-12, and any student not in attendance should be excused through the office by a parent or guardian. Students are asked to arrive at 9 am and will be dismissed at 3 pm. The event schedule is as follows:

9am: Students are scheduled to arrive at school

9am – 10am: Set-Up and Preparations

10am – 2pm: Spring Fair operation hours

2pm – 3pm: Clean Up

3pm: Students are dismissed

Buses will run on this day on an altered schedule that will see busses arrive on campus around 9 am, and depart at 3:15 pm. Lunch will not be provided, so students should pack a lunch for the day or bring their own money to use at the fair to buy food and drinks. Spring Fair is a long-standing tradition at HAS and promises to be a fun day for everyone involved.

親愛的家長　您好：

春天的氣息漸漸濃郁了起來，本校謹訂於4月22日（星期六）舉辦一年一度的春季園遊會。學生們已經迫不及待摩拳擦掌，積極籌劃活動，當天將有各種學生攤位，販售美食、飲料、趣味遊戲及好玩的充氣城堡，攤位內容豐富好玩，我們期待透過活動舉辦，能夠讓學生有得更多學習與成長的機會。

當天是本校例行性活動，全校學生都必須參加，感謝所有家長們的配合，讓所有的學生們，獲得更多商業經營及管理領導學習的機會，並且享受校園溫馨和樂的氛圍。若您的孩子無法參與園遊會，請家長務必向行政辦公室請假。活動當天學生須於上午9:00到校、下午3:00放學，活動時程表如下：

活動時程

9am: 學生到校。

9am – 10am：攤位佈置和準備。

10am – 2pm：春季園遊會開放時間。

2pm – 3pm：活動結束，清潔校園。
