2024 Winter Performance Letter

Dear HAS Students and Parents,

I hope this email finds you and your loved ones well as we enter the holiday season. On Thursday, December 12th, 2024, Hsinchu American School will be holding our Winter Performance at the CHU theater. We would like to invite you all to come and join us for our school-wide event that evening from 18:00-20:00!

The school would like to notify parents of a few other details:

1. All students will be required to attend the event.

2. Bus students will be leaving the school at 20:45.

3. Dinner will be provided for all students between 17:00-17:45.

Please email to notify the office at office@has.hc.edu.tw at your earliest convenience if you and your child will not be attending Winter Performance. This is always a wonderful and festive event, and we would like to invite all of you to come to join us in support of all of our talented students.

本校訂於2024年12月12日（星期四）18:00至20:00在中華大學國際會議廳舉辦冬季表演活動。誠邀地邀請您們蒞臨！由於當天屬於全校活動，下列重要活動細節希望您明瞭：

1. 全校學生都必須參加活動。

2. 搭乘校車的學生將於20:45離校返家。

3. 學校將在17:00至17:45之間為所有學生提供晚餐。

如果您的孩子無法參加冬季表演活動，請您及早透過電子郵件 office@has.hc.edu.tw 通知學校，辦理請假手續，每年冬季表演一向精彩萬分，充滿歡樂；誠摯地邀請您踴躍參與，親臨現場為我們這群才華洋溢的學生加油喝彩，見證他們的努力和成果。
