1/31 Parent-Teacher Conference

Dear Parents and/or Guardians,

We would like to invite you to attend Individual Parent-Teacher Conferences. These meetings are a valuable chance to meet with your child’s teachers to discuss how your child has settled in since the start of the new semester, review their progress, and consider next steps in their learning. Recently, our HAS Administration and PTA made the decision to hold two Parent-Teacher Conferences in second semester; one during quarter 3 and one during quarter 4. With this change we hope to better support our students' academics and maintain open communication with our parents.

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 3:10PM-6:00PM. Appointments are by drop-in only and translators will be available if necessary. We look forward to seeing you there!

親愛的家長及監護人您好:

新竹美國學校邀請您參加個別家長座談會。這是一個很難得的機會，您可以跟孩子的老師們討論，孩子開學以來新學期的適應狀況，檢討目前的進度，以及規劃接下來的學習計畫。最近，新竹美國學校行政團隊與家長會決定在第二學期舉行兩次家長座談會；第一次在第三季第二次在第四季。我們希望透過這個調整能夠給學生在學業上更多的支持，並與父母保持開放的溝通。

家長座談會將在2019年1月31日，下午3:10-6:00舉行。當天老師教室內沒有進行會談時，您就可以直接進入教室與老師會談。如果需要翻譯的話，學校可以為您安排。期待與您見面!
