Mock Debate

MUN Leadership took time out of their busy class schedules this past week to host a mock debate for the middle school. The topic, a UN Resolution to destroy the aliens hovering precariously over the Earth, inspired rousing and impassioned speeches from our very articulate students. Students were exposed to UN resolution formatting, and it was also great to see so many students conquer their fears of public speaking and debate - skills that will help in high school, university, and beyond! We hope to see more middle school students at the Model United Nations Club meeting every Friday from 3:10 - 3:50 PM in Room 203!
