HAS New Campus Announcement

Dear HAS Community,

We wish to inform you about some exciting news concerning the school’s future. The HAS Board has approved a plan to relocate the school to a building and grounds on the campus of Chung Hua University (CHU). As part of this plan, a significant budget was approved to remodel the facility and create a world-class international school environment. Along with our own specific resources, HAS will have access to many of the university’s facilities including a theater, gymnasium, swimming pool and a track and field. The improvement in our facilities as a result of this move allows HAS to both expand our enrollment and the quality of the programs offered. The location of the building and grounds will allow us to have an isolated and secure campus separate from the CHU community as a whole.

As the school moves forward in the design and construction phase, we will provide additional information to keep our community informed as to the progress. With current projections, we should be able to relocate to this new facility by or before the start of the 2023-2024 school year.

親愛的家長、學生及伙伴們您好

很高興跟大家分享一個好消息！本校董事會已於日前決議通過，將校舍搬遷至中華大學(CHU)。由於目前校舍老舊，空間不足是大家長期所關心的問題；董事會為促使學生能有更好的學習環境，以打造世界一流的外僑國際學校為目標。計畫全力支援學校並挹注經費，以改善教學設備。校舍搬遷至中華大學後，學生們將享有更多校園設施，包括：演藝廳、體育館、游泳池和田徑場。校園可使用空間擴增，未來將可擴大學校學生人數，同時提升課程與教學的品質。新校舍大樓與中華大學其他學院是分開獨立的使用範圍，校園安全有保障。

目前新校舍已啟動空間規劃設計及施工階段，未來我們將不定期提供更多資訊，讓大家瞭解推進期程。新校舍預計於2023-2024學年開始啟用。
