9/26 PT Conference Letter

Dear Parents/Guardians,

On Thursday, September 26, we will be hosting our initial Parent-Teacher Conference of the year. This is the first opportunity of the school year to meet with the teachers of your child to discuss their current academic progress.

For 6th-12th grade, no appointment with the teachers is necessary. These conferences are walk-in style, and you are welcome to come and leave at any time between 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm. If the teacher is speaking with another parent, please wait outside the classroom door. We kindly ask that each conference be kept to 5-10 minutes to ensure all parents have a chance to meet with their child’s teachers.

For 1st-5th grade, parents will receive an email from the homeroom teacher regarding the scheduled time for their Parent-Teacher Conference.

We will also be hosting our first Parent-Teacher Association meeting of the year at 6:00 pm in Room 103, and we enthusiastically invite all parents to attend. This is a great opportunity to meet and network with fellow parents, and to discuss finances and logistics related to the association. We also need to elect/confirm our executive officers.

親愛的家長/監護人您好

本校謹訂於9月26日(星期四)舉行本學年首次家長座談會，這是也您新學年首次與孩子的老師見面交流，瞭解他們目前在學校學習狀況的機會。

六至九年級學生家長無需預約，我們採隨到隨談方式，歡迎您在下午4:30至7:00進入校園與孩子的任課老師見面，會談結束可自由離校。如果您要會談的老師正與其他家長談話，請您在教室外稍候，為確保所有的家長都能與老師見面會談，懇請您配合與老師談話的時間控制在5-10分鐘內。

一至五年級家長會談時間，將由導師發送電子郵件通知您。

我們還將於當天晚上6:00在103教室，召開本學年第一次家長會會議，誠摯的邀請所有家長出席。這是認識其他家長並討論家長會財務和後勤支援事宜的機會，同時我們還將進行今年家長會執行幹部的選舉與確認。
