9/21 PT Conference

Dear Parents/Guardians,
On Thursday, September 21, we will be hosting our initial Parent-Teacher Conference of the year. This is the first opportunity of the school year to meet with the teachers of your child to discuss their current academic progress.
These conferences will be held on campus between 4:30-7:00 pm. Appointment setting with your child’s teachers is not necessary, and you are welcome to come and leave at any time between the allocated time.
We will also be hosting our first Parent-Teacher Association meeting of the year at 6:00 pm in Room 103, and we enthusiastically invite all parents to attend. This is a great opportunity to meet and network with fellow parents, and to discuss finances and logistics related to the association. We also need to elect/confirm our executive officers.

親愛的家長/監護人您好
本校將於9月21日（星期四）舉辦本學年第一次親師座談會。這是新學年開始之際，認識孩子老師的最佳時機，藉由座談會能與老師面對面溝通，討論孩子目前的學習進展。
此次會議將於下午4:30至7:00在學校舉行，您無需預約，請於此時段進入校園與任課老師見面會談，會談結束可自由離校。
另外，晚間6:00在103教室，將召開今年的第一次家長會會議，誠摯的邀請所有家長出席會議，與其他家長互動交流。我們也將在會議中選出家長會長及重要幹部並討論經費運用及教學支援等相關問題，期盼您蒞臨攜手共創友善氛圍的校園。
