2024 Graduation Ceremony Letter

Dear HAS Parents and Guardians,

HAS would like to cordially invite you to attend our 2024 Graduation and Academic Awards Ceremony. The event will be held at the Sheraton Hsinchu Hotel (3F Grand Ballroom, No.265, Dong Sec. 1, Guangming 6th Rd., Zhubei City, Hsinchu County 30264) from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm on Thursday, May 30th. Admission will begin at5:30 pm. Semi-formal and formal attire are both appropriate.

Two family members of students in the graduating classes (grades 5, 8, and 12) will have their tickets paid for by the Parent Association, but parents, family members, or friends of students in other grades should purchase their tickets at the door. The cost is NT$1,100 per ticket. Please RSVP before Thursday, May 9th.

學校謹定於5月30日(星期四) 下午6:00至晚上8:30，於竹北喜來登大飯店(新竹縣竹北市光明六路東一段265號、3樓東館、宴會廳 III)，舉辦2024年畢業典禮暨學術獎項頒獎典禮，誠摯的邀請您蒞臨參加。請留意，當天活動下午5:30開放入場，出席請著半正式或正式服裝。

畢業班（5年級、8年級和12年級）學生家長或監護人2位，典禮入場券費用將由家長會支付，其他年級家長或親友如果想參加畢業典禮暨頒獎活動，請於會場入口處購買入場券。每張入場券售價為新台幣1,100元，請於5月9日(星期四)前回覆是否參加，謝謝您的配合。
