2023 Campus Influenza Vaccination (For Grade 6-12 Only)
Dear parent,
We would like to inform you that the "Campus Influenza Vaccination" is scheduled to take place on October 20, 2023, in the afternoon. To participate, kindly fill out the online consent form. Please be advised that the influenza vaccine may be sourced from different manufacturers, including ADIMMUNE Corporation, Sanofi, TTY Biopharm, and MVC, based on vaccine availability. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee which brand of vaccine will be available on the day of the vaccination. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please have the student bring their National Health Insurance (NHI) card to school on the day of the vaccination.
