11/9 PT Conference Letter
Dear Parents/Guardians,
On Thursday, November 9th we will be hosting our second Parent-Teacher Conference of the year. This is the second opportunity of the school year to meet with the teachers of your child to discuss their academic progress this year.
We are holding this conference in person, between 4:30 -7:00 pm. We are very excited to welcome our parents to campus, and hope you can join us on this day. Appointment setting is not necessary, and you are welcome to come and leave at any time between the allocated time.
We will also be hosting our second Parent-Teacher Association meeting of the year at 6:00 pm in Room 103, and we invite all parents to attend. We hope to elect our new PTA President at this time. This is a great opportunity to meet and network with fellow parents, and to discuss finances and logistics related to the association.

本校訂於11 月 9 日(星期四)，舉辦本年度第二次家長座談會。這將是本學年第二次與孩子任課老師面對面會談的機會。我們希望藉此讓家長更瞭解孩子在學校的學習進展，並與您共同分享孩子的成長點滴。
此次會議將於下午4:30至7:00在學校舉行，您無需預約，請於此時段進入校園與任課老師見面會談，會談結束可自由離校。
另外，我們將於下午6:00 在103教室召開本年度第二次家長會，誠摯的邀請所有家長出席會議，與其他家長互動交流，我們也將在會議中遴選出新任家長會長。加入家長會能積極參與學校事務，討論經費運用及教學支援等事務的機會，期盼您蒞臨攜手共創友善氛圍的校園。
