Elementary Yoga Club: Breath, Movement, and Mindfulness

Every Monday, some of our first and second graders participate in Yoga Club, and it’s always a highlight of the week.


A big focus of our club is mindfulness. Through yoga, students learn about self-regulation, practice calming strategies, and build strength and flexibility. They have a great time moving their bodies in all directions while connecting breath to movement through simple pranayama exercises.


每週一最期待的時光,就是一、二年級小朋友的小小瑜珈社!

正念 (Mindfulness)」一直是我們社團的核心重點。透過瑜珈練習,孩子們不僅學會如何調節情緒、掌握讓心情平靜的小撇步,更在過程中鍛鍊了體力與身體的柔軟度。


看著大家跟隨簡單的呼吸法 (Pranayama) ,將呼吸與動作結合,開心地舒展肢體、探索身體的各種可能性,這就是每週最棒的身心洗禮!
