3/5 Q3 PTC Letter

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We hope that this message finds you well as we enter the Lunar New Year Holiday and look forward to the Year of the Horse. 

Looking ahead, on Thursday, March 5th, we will be hosting our third Parent-Teacher Conference of the year. This is the third opportunity of the school year to meet with your child's teachers to discuss their academic progress this year. 

We are holding this conference in person, from 4:30 -7:00 PM. We are excited to welcome parents to campus and hope you can join us on this day. An appointment is unnecessary, and you are welcome to come and leave anytime between the allocated time. 

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact the school. We are looking forward to seeing you on Thursday after the Chinese New Year.

展信愉快！隨著農曆新年假期的到來，祝福您與家人平安健康，共同迎接馬年。

學校將於 3月5日（星期四） 舉辦本學年度第三次家長座談會。這是本學年家長與孩子任課老師面對面交流的第三次機會，期盼透過此次座談，讓親師雙方能更深入地交流，共同關心並討論孩子的學習歷程與成長表現。

此次座談會在學校以實體方式進行，時間為下午4:30至7:00，您無需預約，請於此時段進入校園與任課老師見面會談，會談結束可自由離校，我們誠摯歡迎家長蒞臨校園，期待您的參與。

若有任何問題，歡迎您隨時與我們聯繫，期待在農曆年後的星期四與您在校園相見。
