About WSC

The World Scholar’s Cup (WSC) is an international academic competition designed to inspire students to explore new subjects, develop critical thinking, and engage in collaborative learning. More than just a competition, WSC fosters a love for knowledge across multiple disciplines, including science, history, literature, social studies, and the arts.
Students participate in team-based events such as collaborative writing, team debates, and the Scholar’s Bowl, where they tackle thought-provoking challenges in a fun and engaging environment. The competition encourages curiosity, creativity, and global awareness, culminating in prestigious global rounds and the annual Tournament of Champions at Yale University.
Through WSC, students build confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills while connecting with like-minded peers from around the world.
