Yesterday, our Wellness Club students learned how to make hummus, a delicious and healthy Middle Eastern dish made with all-natural ingredients.
They prepared fresh vegetables and created homemade hummus from scratch—chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, and spices! Not only was it a fun hands-on experience, but it was also a great way to explore nutritious eating together. Students enjoyed learning and tasting at the same time, and the atmosphere was full of laughter and excitement.
