2025 Graduation and Award Ceremony Letter

Dear Parents, Teachers, and Students,

We are excited to announce that this year's Graduation and Award Ceremony will be held at the elegant Lakeshore Hotel – Apollo Hall in Hsinchu. This important event celebrates the achievements and dedication of our students, and we look forward to honoring their accomplishments together. 

• Please note: This is a mandatory school event for all teachers and all students.

• Full attendance is required.

If a student is unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances, a written notice must be emailed in advance to office@has.hc.edu.tw to request an excused absence.

Ticket and Parent RSVP Information:

The cost of admission for all students and teachers will be fully covered by the school.

The Parent Association will cover the tickets of two family members of students in the graduating classes (Grades 5, 8, and 12). The RSVP for graduating class families has now ended.

Parents, family members, and friends of students in other grades are welcome to attend and may purchase tickets at the door. The cost is NT$1,200 per ticket (cash only).

Flower Presentation:

As part of the ceremony, a moment will be set aside for family and friends to present flowers to their graduate. We encourage families to prepare a bouquet in advance.

Event Admission Time: 17:30~18:00

Venue: Lakeshore Hotel — Leith Castle B1 Apollo Hall

Address: No. 773 Minghu Road, Hsinchu City

Transportation:

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all, buses will be provided to transport students from HAS to the Lakeshore Hotel in two separate trips. The first trip will be for middle school and high school students, and the second trip will be for elementary students. Buses will depart from school at 17:10 and 17:35, respectively.

After the ceremony, buses will depart from the Lakeshore Hotel at 20:45 to take school bus students home. Parents of students who do not take the school bus should pick up their children at 20:45 at the Lakeshore Hotel.

Dress Code: 

All students and staff are expected to dress semi-formal for the occasion.

We look forward to celebrating this joyous occasion with you and honoring the achievements of our graduates. Your support and cooperation are greatly appreciated, and we look forward to making this event memorable for everyone involved.

親愛的家長、老師與同學們您好

我們誠摯地宣布，2025年畢業典禮暨頒獎典禮將於新竹的煙波大飯店 阿波羅廳隆重舉行。本活動象徵著學生學習歷程中的重要里程碑，敬邀全體HAS師生與家長一同參與，見證這段榮耀時刻。

• 請特別注意：本活動為學校正式儀式，所有教師與學生皆須全程出席。

如學生因特殊情況無法出席，請家長務必於活動前來信至 office@has.hc.edu.tw 辦理請假手續。

門票與家長RSVP資訊：

所有學生與教職員的門票費用將由學校全額負擔。

此外，畢業年級（五年級、八年級及十二年級）學生的兩位家庭成員之門票將由家長會贊助。畢業班家長的RSVP登記已截止。

其他年級的家長、親友亦歡迎參與，可於現場購票入場，票價為新台幣1,200元整（僅收現金）。

獻花環節：

典禮中將安排一段時間，讓家人與親友向畢業生獻花。若您希望參與，建議事先準備花束，於指定時間進行獻花。

交通安排

為確保活動順利進行並提供良好體驗，學校將安排兩班車次接送學生從學校前往煙波大飯店。第一班車將接送國中部與高中部學生，第二班車則接送國小部學生。兩班車將分別於17:10及17:35自學校出發。典禮結束後，校車將於20:45自煙波大飯店出發，接送搭乘校車的學生返家。未搭乘校車的學生，請家長於20:45至煙波大飯店接送孩子返家。

服裝規定

請所有學生與教職員穿著半正式服裝，以展現對活動及畢業生的尊重。
