Student Leave Request




Dear HAS Parents,


Regarding student absences, please kindly follow the school’s official procedure. Do not email only the teachers to request leave, as they are not authorized to process absence requests. Doing so may result in your child being marked as absent without excuse.


We kindly ask that the guardian sends an email directly to the school office to ensure the leave is properly recorded.


For student leave or late arrival, please send an EMAIL to the school mailbox office@has.hc.edu.tw. Please specify the student's grade, name, reason for leave, date, and time in the email. We appreciate your cooperation.


Authorized absences include:

• Illness

• Visits to hospitals, 

• Medical appointments

• Dental appointments

• Religious practices, provided that a specific day is solely reserved for observance 

• Family trips

• Family matters

• Offical sports matches, competitions, or events

• Funerals of immediate family members


NOTE: We will not accept personal leave as a reason for a student to be absent from school.

關於學生請假的事宜,敬請依照學校規定辦理。請勿僅以電子郵件通知任課老師,因為老師無法代為處理請假手續,這可能會導致學生留下曠課紀錄。


請由監護人直接發送電子郵件至學校行政辦公室,以確保請假程序正確完成。


學生請假或晚到校,懇請您務必EMAIL到學校信箱  office@has.hc.edu.tw ,註明學生年級/姓名/請假原因/日期/時間,感謝您的配合。

學生需事先提出請假申請或事後提出證明核准。

•病假

•就醫

•預約醫療門診

•預約牙科治療

•宗教活動(特定的宗教節日或儀式)

•家族旅遊

•家庭事務

•正式比賽、體育競賽或活動

•直系親屬喪禮


備註:請以上列事由提出申請,學校不接受「事假」作為學生缺課的事由。
