Where Classics Meet Youth: Inside HAS Orchestra 🎻
There is something special happening in the halls of HAS.
In one corner of campus, our student musicians are learning that music is more than notes on a page. It is discipline, teamwork, focus, expression, and the confidence to create something beautiful together.
Under the guidance of Mr. Boas, the HAS Orchestra is currently rehearsing Pachelbel’s Canon — a timeless piece that invites our students to slow down, listen closely, and grow as an ensemble.
This is more than a rehearsal moment. It is a glimpse into what arts education can do: to nurture patience, build collaboration, deepen emotional expression, and help students find their voice through music.
At HAS, we believe the arts are not extracurricular to learning — they are essential to it.
Through orchestra, students are not only developing musical skills, but also learning commitment, leadership, and the value of contributing to something greater than themselves. Our mission is to create space for every student to discover their potential, express their creativity, and experience the power of learning together.

HAS 的校園裡，正悄悄發生著一件很美的事。

在 Mr. Boas 老師的指導下，HAS Orchestra 目前正排練經典名曲《卡農》。這首歷久彌新的作品，邀請學生放慢腳步、用心傾聽，並在合奏中一同成長。
