Dear HAS Parents/Guardians,
We want to inform you that the "Campus Influenza Vaccination" is scheduled for the morning of November 14, 2025. To participate, please complete the online consent form.
Please note that, depending on availability, the influenza vaccine may be provided by different manufacturers, including Adimmune Corporation, Sanofi, TTY Biopharm, and MVC. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee which brand will be administered on the vaccination day.
We appreciate your understanding in this matter. Please ensure your child brings their National Health Insurance (NHI) card to school on the day of the vaccination.

提醒您流感疫苗由國光生技、法國賽諾菲、台灣東洋及高端生技等疫苗生產製造或進口，依疫苗到貨順序提供，學校無法確定當日為何種廠牌疫苗，請您見諒。
接種當日請讓您的孩子需帶健保卡到校。
