8/21 Photo Day Letter

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are excited to announce that Picture Day will be held next Thursday, August 21. Please note that this event will cause some interruptions to our normal class schedule, as students will be called out at various times throughout the day to have their photos taken.

We ask that all students come to school dressed neatly and appropriately for their photographs. Please do not wear white shirts since they are apt to blend into the background. These pictures will be used for school records, yearbooks, and family keepsakes, so it’s a wonderful opportunity for students to put their best foot forward.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us make Picture Day a success.

親愛的家長及監護人您好 

本校將於8月21日（下週四）舉行學生拍照日（Picture Day）。請注意，當天學生將依拍攝時段分批離開教室拍照，因此課程時間將受到部份干擾，望您理解。

敬請家長協助提醒學生當天穿著整齊、適宜服裝參加拍攝，並避免穿著白色上衣，以免與背景顏色過於接近。本次拍攝的照片將用於校方紀錄、畢業紀念冊及家庭留念，請同學展現最佳服儀，留下美好回憶。
