3/4 Group Picture Day Letter

Dear Parents,

We wanted to inform you that March 4th will be our Group Picture Day! On this day, students will have the opportunity to take photos with their homerooms, clubs, and sports teams. Additionally, new students will have their individual yearbook photos taken.

Please be aware that the photo sessions may cause some interruptions to the normal class schedule throughout the day. 

Important Attire Reminder:

• Students are encouraged to dress neatly and appropriately for school photos.

• Please avoid wearing white, as the photo background will be white and may affect photo quality.

• If your child participates in a club or sports team that requires special attire (such as team jerseys, uniforms, or more formal clothing), club advisors or coaches will notify students separately with specific instructions.

  
  

If your child is a new student, they will also need to be ready for their individual yearbook photo.

服裝提醒：

• 為了讓孩子留下美好的影像紀錄，請協助提醒學生當日穿著整齊、合宜的服裝。

• 若您的孩子參加社團或運動隊，且需穿著特定服裝（如隊服、制服或正式服裝），相關指導老師或教練將另行通知學生詳細事項。
