2025 Semester 1 Final Week Notice

Dear Parents and Students,


The end of the semester is rapidly approaching! We want to ensure all families are informed about the academic schedule and special activities planned for the last week of semester 1. 


Key Academic Dates for Middle School and High School:

  • Final Exam Period: Final exams will be administered between Monday, December 15th, and Thursday, December 18th. Students must check their specific class schedules for exact testing times.

  • Final Projects: All outstanding final projects, papers, and presentations must be completed and submitted by their respective teachers' deadlines, which fall within this week. We strongly urge students to utilize all available study hall and after-school time to finalize these assignments.



Semester One Grade Reports for all students:  

  • Quarter 2 and Semester 1 Final grades and comments:  Final grades and comments for quarter 2 and semester 1 will be sent home on January 9th.  

A focused effort can make a significant difference in final grades. 



End-of-Year Field Trip Day (December 19th) for all students:

As a reward for their hard work throughout the semester, all students will participate in a field trip on Friday, December 19th. This trip serves as a fun conclusion before the holiday break begins.


Please note that the destination for the trip is tailored to the age group:

  • Elementary and Middle School: Leofoo Village Theme Park

  • High School: Taipei 101 area


Detailed permission slips, including specific itinerary information, required attire, and any associated costs, will be sent home via email and a letter home on December 5th.

親愛的家長與學生您好


第一學期即將進入尾聲！為了讓所有家庭都能掌握期末的課程及活動相關規劃，我們特別整理了以下資訊供您參考。


中學及高中部重要日程：

  • 期末考週： 期末考試將於 12 月 15 日（週一）至 12 月 18 日（週四） 舉行。請同學們務必確認各自的班級課表，以掌握確切的考試時間。

  • 期末報告與作業： 所有尚未繳交的期末專題、書面報告及簡報，皆須依各科老師規定的期限（皆位於本週內）完成並繳交。我們強烈建議同學善用所有的自習時間及放學後的空檔，將這些作業定稿。


各學部學生第一學期成積單：

  • 第二學季及第一學期的總成績單與評語，將於 1 月 9 日 寄發。

這段時間的專注與努力，將有助於孩子在期末取得理想的成果。也懇請家長在這關鍵時期，協助為孩子營造一個安靜、安心的學習環境，讓他們能更專心準備。



各學部學生期末旅行（12 月 19 日）：

為了肯定學生們這學期的努力與付出，學校將於 12 月 19 日（週五）舉行全校期末旅行活動。希望藉由這趟小旅行，能為大家在迎接假期前留下一段輕鬆愉快的美好回憶。


請您留意，各學部活動地點安排如下：

  • 小學部及中學部： 六福村主題遊樂園 (LeoFoo Village)

  • 高中部： 台北 101 商圈 (Taipei 101 area)


詳細的家長同意書（包含具體行程資訊、服裝規定及相關費用）將於12月5日透過電子郵件發送，並讓學生帶回通知單。
