2025 Spring Fair Letter

Dear HAS Community,

On Saturday, April 26th Hsinchu American School (HAS) will be hosting our annual Spring Fair Event. There will be various booths with food, drinks, games, a bouncy castle, and plenty of activities for the kids. There will also be an array of entertaining student performances for all to enjoy.  Our students have been working very hard to organize and implement their respective booths, and we are looking forward to watching them grow and learn from this experience.

Everyone is welcome to attend our Spring Fair; feel free to invite your friends and family members.  The event is a mandatory school event for all students in Grades 1-12, and any student not in attendance should be excused through the office by a parent or guardian. Students are asked to arrive at 9 am and will be dismissed at 3:15 pm. The event schedule is as follows:

Event Schedule

9 am: Students are scheduled to arrive at school

9 am – 10 am: Set-Up and Preparations

10 am – 2 pm: Spring Fair operation hours

2 pm – 3 pm: Clean Up

3:15 - Student Dismissal 

Buses will run on this day on an altered schedule that will see buses arrive on campus around 9 am, and depart at 3:15 pm. Lunch will not be provided, so students should pack a lunch for the day or bring their own money to use at the fair to buy food and drinks. Spring Fair is a long-standing tradition at HAS and promises to be a fun day for everyone involved.

親愛的家長及學生您好

學校訂於4月26日（星期六）舉辦一年一度的春季園遊會。屆時將設有各式攤位，提供美食、飲品、遊戲、充氣城堡及多樣有趣的活動，讓學生盡情參與。此外，我們也安排了多場優秀學生的才藝表演，為大家帶來精彩的演出饗宴。這段期間，學生們一直積極籌劃與設計各自的攤位，我們期待他們能從這次活動中獲得寶貴的成長與學習經驗。

誠摯邀請大家蒞臨園遊會，或邀請親朋好友一同前來，共同熱情支持我們的學生。此活動為全校性質，1至12年級所有學生皆須參加。如您的孩子無法出席，請家長或監護人向學校行政辦公室辦理請假手續。當天學生請於上午9點到校，下午3:15離校。以下是活動時程安排：

園遊會時程表  9:00am：學生抵達學校  9:00am – 10:00am：攤位準備  10:00am – 2:00pm：春季園遊會  2:00pm – 3:00pm：環境整理  3:15pm：學生離校

當日校車將照常行駛，但時間將略作調整。搭乘校車的學生預計上午9點左右抵達學校，下午3:15離校。請留意，活動當天學校不提供午餐，學生需自備午餐或攜帶零用金，以便在攤位購買食物與飲品。春季園遊會是HAS的傳統活動之一，我們誠摯期待您的蒞臨，與我們共度充滿歡樂的一天。
