Report An Absence
By submitting this form, you are formally notifying the school of your child's absence. An email will be sent to the school administration for record-keeping and follow-up as necessary.
關於學生請假的事宜,請由監護人依照學校規定填寫請假表單,以確保請假程序正確完成。提交此表單後,將會自動通知學校行政部門進行備案與後續處理。

Regarding student absences, parents or guardians are required to complete the official absence request form in accordance with school regulations to ensure proper processing.
Please do not only inform the subject teachers via email, as teachers are not authorized to handle absence procedures. Failure to follow the proper process may result in the student being marked as absent without an excuse.
If you are unable to fill out the absence request form, please make sure to send an email to the school's official email address: office@has.hc.edu.tw
Please include the following information: Student's Grade / Name / Reason for Absence / Date / Time
Students are required to submit the request in advance or provide valid proof for approval after the absence.
Note: Absences categorized as "Personal Leave" are not accepted as a valid reason for student leave.

註明學生年級 / 姓名 / 請假事由 / 日期 / 時間,感謝您的配合。
學生需事先提出請假申請或事後提出證明核准。
備註:請以上列事由提出申請,學校不接受「事假」作為學生請假的事由。
